Strokes Delay Album Release Over Vinyl Streaming Sync

The Strokes have delayed the release of their new album 'Reality Awaits' by four weeks, shifting it from June 26 to July 24, due to a desire to match the streaming and vinyl release dates. Guitarist Albert Hammond Jr. explained that the band wanted the streaming release date to coincide with the physical release on vinyl, which is typically released three months after digital versions.
