Reggae Pioneer Dies at 83

Legendary Jamaican singer Stranger Cole, a key figure in the ska and rocksteady movement of the 1960s, has passed away at 83. His death was confirmed by his son Wilburn 'Squiddly' Cole, who stated that his father was admitted to the hospital two weeks ago after a long illness but refused to disclose the cause of death.
